Join Singles in Settings to see Singles events near you, then RSVP like any other event. Only trusted members can host one, every event is private to members, and joining is free.
How it works
Join Singles
Free, adults only, in Settings → Privacy.
Find Singles events
On Events, choose Who it's for → Singles.
Go knowing the rules

Singles is a free, opt-in membership for adults. Until you join, you never see a Singles event, and your membership is never shown to anyone.
Only members who have reached the Established trust level can host. Singles events are private to members, never appear on public pages, and every one carries a safety notice. Hosts can sell tickets or split costs where it is offered; each purchase follows your state's dating-service rules, including a window to cancel for a full refund.
- Your Singles membership is never shown on your profile, and nobody else can see it.
- Singles events are private: only members, the host and people invited can open one.
- Leaving Singles is one tap, and it declines your upcoming Singles RSVPs.
- MyOwnEvents does not run background checks, and every Singles event says so.
Nobody ever sees your calendar — only whether you’re free or busy
Across every MyOwnEvents feature, your event titles, your guests, and your locations stay private. When we help you and your friends find a time, others see only whether you are free or busy — never the event details behind it. Your raw calendar events are never sold, never used for ads, and never sent to AI. Our scheduling assistant uses only the overall picture (like how many invitees are free at a given time) to suggest times — and that is never used to train AI models.
